All services are offered online via zoom, phone, or text.​

Services can be direct billed to AFU, FNHA, and OL/DLs.  Some private health plans also cover the services of registered social workers.

Cancellation Policy

I dedicate your full session time to you.  It is OK to arrive late, and I will stay online until you arrive.  I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel, and there is a full session fee for missed or late cancellations, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.
